With a starting price coming in almost double that of other 5 star properties in Tokyo, some travelers might not know whether or not it’s worth dishing out the extra cash just to stay at this property. Considered by many to be the world’s most exclusive hotel brand, Aman offers travelers 37 truly opulent properties in 20 countries with 3 of those properties located in Japan. Of those 37 properties, Aman Tokyo is the hotel groups only urban property. Ikebana displays and engawa platforms blur the boundary between indoors and out; ryokan-style rooms and an Aman Spa are among the city’s largest. The sense of space and breadth of venues are unmatched in the metropolis, allowing Aman Tokyo to identify both as social hub and serene escape - an inspiring addition to the Tokyo skyline” (Aman).
